西藏那曲市牦牛病毒性腹泻病流行病学调查与分析
Epidemiological investigation and analysis of yak bovine viral diarrhea virus in Naqu City, Tibet Autonomous Region
目的 明确西藏那曲市牦牛群体中牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的流行状况,为该地区牦牛BVDV的流行病学监测与防控提供科学参考。 方法 2025年8月至9月在色尼区、嘉黎县、巴青县和索县4个主要牧区,对牦牛开展随机抽样,采用荧光定量探针法检测核酸和ELISA检测抗体。 结果 从那曲市4个县区共采集到1 129份牦牛样品,其中,检测粪便和鼻拭子样本585份,BVDV核酸阳性率分别为1.47%和0.26%;544份血清样本的BVDV抗体阳性率为34.74%。在4个采样地区中,色尼区BVDV核酸阳性率最高(2.50%),巴青县BVDV抗体阳性率最高(56.67%)。 结论 当前那曲市部分县区牦牛BVDV呈现低水平感染与较高既往暴露并存的流行特点,且部分县区BVDV流行现状存在较大差异。
Objectives The prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) among yaks in Nagqu City, Tibet Autonomous Region was investigated to provide scientific reference for epidemiological monitoring and prevention and control of BVDV among yaks in this region. Methods Random sampling of feces, nasal swabs, and serum from yaks was conducted in four major pastoral regions including Sini District, Jiali County, Baqing County, and Suo County from August to September 2025. Fluorescent quantitative probe method was used to detect viral nucleic acids and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect antibodies in serum. Results A total of 1 129 yak samples were collected from the four counties and districts of Nagqu City.585 samples of feces and nasal swab were detected, with nucleic acid positivity rate against BVDV of 1.47% and 0.26%, respectively. The positivity rate of antibodies against BVDV in 544 serum samples was 34.74%. Among the 4 sampling regions, the nucleic acid positivity rate against BVDV was the highest in Sini District (2.50%), and the positivity rate of antibody against BVDV was the highest in Baqing County (56.67%). Conclusions It is indicated that the current prevalence of BVDV among yaks in some counties and districts of Nagqu City is characterized by a combination of low-level infection and relatively high level of previous exposure to BVDV, and there are significant differences in the current situation of BVDV epidemic among some counties and districts.
