2023-2025年贵州省六盘水市水城区牛羊O型和A型口蹄疫抗体监测与分析
Monitoring and analysis of antibodies against type O and type A foot-and-mouth disease in cattle and sheep in Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province from 2023 to 2025
目的 全面评估贵州省六盘水市水城区2023-2025年牛、羊口蹄疫病毒O型和A型疫苗免疫成效,为后期防控政策优化提供参考。 方法 采集水城区28个乡镇(街道)的牛、羊血清样品共计3 377份,采用ELISA试剂盒进行口蹄疫O型和A型免疫抗体检测,并计算免疫抗体合格率。 结果 水城区2023-2025年牛口蹄疫O型免疫抗体合格率分别为87.67%、94.76%、95.60%;A型免疫抗体合格率分别为82.78%、86.05%、90.93%。羊口蹄疫O型免疫抗体合格率分别为88.14%、93.18%、94.30%;A型免疫抗体合格率分别为87.43%、90.14%、90.17%。总体合格率为82.78%,符合农业农村部规定标准(70%以上),且呈逐年上升趋势。 结论 水城区2023-2025年牛、羊口蹄疫O型和A型疫苗总体免疫效果良好,防控工作稳步推进。
Objectives A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the immune efficacy against type O and type A foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in cattle and sheep in Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province from 2023 to 2025, to provide a reference for optimizing the subsequent prevention and control policies. Methods 3 377 samples of serum in cattle and sheep were collected from 28 townships, towns, and subdistricts in Shuicheng District. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were used to detect immune antibodies against type O and type A FMD in cattle and sheep, and the qualification rate of antibody was calculated. Results The qualification rates of antibody against type O and type A FMD in cattle in Shuicheng District from 2023 to 2025 were 87.67%, 94.76%, and 95.60%, 82.78%, 86.05%, and 90.93%, respectively. The qualification rates of antibody against type O and type A FMD in sheep in Shuicheng District from 2023 to 2025 were 88.14%, 93.18% and 94.30%, 87.43%, 90.14% and 90.17%, respectively. The overall qualification rate was 82.78%, meeting the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (over 70%) and showing an increasing trend year by year. Conclusions The overall immune efficacy against type O and type A FMD in cattle and sheep in Shuicheng District from 2023 to 2025 was satisfactory, and the prevention and control work progressed steadily.
