拉萨市引进燕麦品种的生长性能和营养价值对比分析

拉萨市引进燕麦品种的生长性能和营养价值对比分析
Comparison of the growth performance and nutritional value of introduced oat varieties in Lhasa City
目的 筛选适宜拉萨地区种植的高产优质燕麦品种,提高当地饲草供给能力。 方法 在拉萨市曲水县引进青海444等11种燕麦,进行品种对比试验,采用田间观测与室内营养分析相结合的方法,测定燕麦的生长速度、产草量、株高、营养价值、相对饲用价值等指标。 结果 凯撒和定燕2号、藏燕2号出苗时间较早,歌利亚和萨摩出苗时间较晚;青海444、陇燕4号生育天数最短,分别为78、77 d,显著低于其他品种(P<0.05);贝勒2号的鲜草产量(42 612.45 kg/hm2)、干草产量(11 080.87 kg/hm2)均为最高。不同燕麦品种的相对饲用价值(RFV)存在显著差异(P<0.05),RFV排名较高的是凯模和青海444,排名较低的是定燕2号和陇燕4号。不同燕麦品种各指标的隶属函数平均值表现为凯模>藏燕2号>青海444>优牧1号>青引1号>歌利亚>萨摩>定燕2号>凯撒>陇燕4号。 结论 综合考虑燕麦的产量和营养价值,11个燕麦品种中表现最好的是凯模和藏燕2号,其次是青海444、优牧1号,综合表现最差的是陇燕4号。凯模、藏燕2号、青海444和优牧1号适宜在拉萨地区推广种植。
Objectives Oat varieties with high-yield and high-quality suitable for cultivation in Lhasa area were screened to enhance the local capacity of supplying forage. Methods 11 oat varieties including Qinghai 444 introduced into Qushui County, Lhasa City were used to conduct the comparison of varieties. The growth rate, forage yield, plant height, nutritional value, and relative feed value (RFV) of oats were measured by combining the field observation with indoor nutritional analysis. Results The emergence time of Kaizi and Dingyan No.2, Zangyan No.2 was earlier, while that of Gejia and Samo was later. The period of growth of Qinghai 444 and Longyan No.4 was the shortest with 78 and 77 days, significantly shorter than that of other varieties (P<0.05). Belle No.2 had the highest fresh forage yield of 42 612.45 kg/hm2 and dry forage yield of 11 080.87 kg/hm2. There were significant differences in RFV among different oat varieties (P<0.05), with Kaimei and Qinghai 444 having the highest RFV, and Dingyan No.2 and Longyan No.4 the lowest. The average membership function values of various indexes in different oat varieties were in the decreasing order of Kaimei>Zangyan No.2>Qinghai 444>Youmu No.1>Qingyin No.1>Gejia>Samo>Dingyan No.2>Kaizi>Longyan No.4. Conclusions Among the 11 oat varieties, Kaimei and Zangyan No.2 performed the best, followed by Qinghai 444 and Youmu 1, and Longyan No.4 had the worst overall performance taking the yield and nutritional value of oats into consideration. It is indicated that Kaimei, Zangyan No.2, Qinghai 444, and Youmu No.1 are suitable for promotion and cultivation in Lhasa area.
