日粮补充L-赖氨酸盐酸盐对育肥牛脂质代谢的影响
Effects of supplying L-lysine hydrochloride in diet on the lipid metabolism of fattening cattle
目的 探究日粮添加L-赖氨酸盐酸盐对育肥牛屠宰性能、脂质代谢和经济效益的影响,筛选适宜添加水平,为降低腹脂率、改善胴体品质提供科学依据。 方法 选用48头24月龄、体重相近、健康的安格斯母牛,随机分为Ⅰ组(对照组)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组(3个试验组),每组3个重复,每重复4头牛。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别按每100 kg体重添加L-赖氨酸盐酸盐3.0、6.0、12.0 g/d。预试期15 d,正试期120 d,测定育肥牛的生长指标、屠宰性能、腹脂率,并分析养殖经济效益。 结果 与对照组相比,基础日粮中添加6.0 g/d组平均日增重提高0.15 kg(P<0.05);各试验组腹脂率均显著降低(P<0.05),其中12.0 g/d组腹脂率最低,较对照组下降2.81百分点;综合经济效益分析,6.0~12.0 g/d添加水平的成本最低、收益最高。 结论 育肥牛日粮中添加L-赖氨酸盐酸盐可改善脂质代谢、提高日增重、显著降低腹脂率,推荐适宜添加量为6~12 g/d。
Objectives The effects of supplying L-lysine hydrochloride in diet on the slaughter performance, lipid metabolism and economic benefits of fattening cattle were studied to determine the optimal level of supplementation and provide a theoretical basis for reducing the abdominal fat rate and improving the quality of carcass. Methods 48 healthy Angus cows aged 24 months with an average body weight of (500±30) kg were randomly divided into the control group (group Ⅰ) and 3 experimental groups including group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ, and group Ⅳ, with 3 replicates in each group and 4 cows per replicate. The control group was fed with a basal diet, and the experimental groups were supplemented with 3.0 g/d, 6.0 g/d and 12.0 g/d L-lysine hydrochloride in the basal diet. The period of pre-experiment and experiment lasted 15 d and 120 d, respectively. The growth indexes, slaughter performance, and abdominal fat rate of fattening cattle were measured and the economic benefits of farming were analyzed. Results The average daily gain (ADG) in group Ⅲ was significantly increased by 0.15 kg (P<0.05) compared to that in the control group. 3 experimental groups had a significant decrease in abdominal fat rate (P<0.05), with group Ⅳ having the lowest abdominal fat rate, a decrease of 2.81% compared to that in the control group. Group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ had the lowest cost and highest benefit. Conclusions Supplementation with L-lysine hydrochloride in diet can improve the lipid metabolism, increase the ADG and significantly reduce the abdominal fat rate in fattening cattle, with the recommended level of supplementation of 6.0-12.0 g/d.
