饲养密度和笼层对笼养817肉鸡生长性能的影响
Effects of stocking density and position of cage tier on the growth performance of caged broiler 817
目的 在层叠式笼养模式下,探究饲养密度及笼层位置2个因素对817肉鸡生长性能的影响,为优化肉鸡养殖管理参数提供科学依据。 方法 选取456只混合性别、平均体重为152.93 g的11日龄817肉鸡,依次按照16、18、20、22只/笼进行随机分组,每组2个重复,分别饲养于上、中、下3层,以单笼为单位,记录肉鸡每日给料量和剩料量,并于11、48日龄测定个体体重,计算平均日增重、料重比等指标。 结果 16只/笼的817肉鸡11~48日龄平均日增重(ADG)分别较18、22只/笼的817肉鸡高1.58、1.54 g,差异显著(P<0.05);11~48日龄16只/笼的817肉鸡料重比最低(1.839),并随着饲养密度的提高而增高,22只/笼的817肉鸡料重比(1.899)最高。48日龄时,上层鸡笼中817肉鸡的平均体重极显著高出中层63.54 g(P<0.01),下层鸡笼的平均体重显著高于中层49.99 g(P<0.05)。11~48日龄上、下层鸡笼中817肉鸡的平均日增重分别极显著高于中层1.59、1.55 g(P<0.01)。 结论 本试验条件下,饲养密度16只/笼的817肉鸡日增重和料重比优于饲养密度为18、20、22只/笼,中层笼养肉鸡生长性能较差。
Objectives The effects of stocking density and position of cage tier on the growth performance of broiler 817 under the farming system of stacked cage were studied to provide scientific basis for optimizing the management parameters of farming broiler. Methods 456 mixed-gender broiler 817 chickens aged 11 days with an average body weight of 152.93 g were randomly divided into groups of 16, 18, 20, and 22 chickens/cage, with two replicates in each group, and raised in the upper, middle, and lower tiers, respectively. The quantity of feed consumed daily and uneaten feed was recorded on a per cage basis. Individual body weight was measured at 11 to 48 days of age to calculate indexes including the average daily gain (ADG) of weight and feed-to-weight ratio. Results The ADG of broiler 817 at 11 to 48 days of age in the group of 16 chickens/cage was significantly higher by 1.58 g and 1.54 g (P<0.05), respectively, compared to that in the group of 18 chickens/cage and 22 chickens/cage. The feed-to-weight ratio of broiler 817 at 11 to 48 days of age in the group of 16 chickens/cage was the lowest at 1.839, and increased with the increase of stocking density, reaching the highest (at 1.899) in the group of 22 chickens/cage. The average body weight of broiler 817 at 48 days of age in the upper tier was significantly higher by 63.54 g than that in the middle tier (P<0.01). The average body weight in the lower tier was significantly higher by 49.99 g than that in the middle tier (P<0.05). The ADG of broiler 817 at 11 to 48 days of age in the upper and lower tiers was significantly higher by 1.59 g and 1.55 g than that in the middle tier (P<0.01), respectively. Conclusions The average daily gain (ADG) of weight and feed-to-weight ratio of broiler 817 in the group of 16 chickens/cage under the conditions of the current experiment were better than that in the group of 18, 20, and 22 chickens/cage, while the growth performance of broiler chickens raised in the middle tier was poor.
