SPOC混合式教学模式在《宠物营养与食品》课程中的应用研究
Application of SPOC blended teaching mode in the course of Pet Nutrition and Food
针对《宠物营养与食品》课程“理实脱节、场景封闭、评价单一、思政生硬”的核心痛点,课程团队以岗位需求为导向,重构“基础(Basic)-核心(Core)-进阶(Progressive)”三模块内容,并依托超星学习通SPOC平台,创建“三维融合+三阶递进”混合式教学模式。教学实践表明,该模式实施后取得显著成效:学生课程参与率提升至95.7%,其中线上学习任务点完成率达98.9%,线下研讨发言率达72.2%,课后实训参与率达100%;期末综合成绩及格率达100%,优秀率提升至29.5%。此外,95.9%的学生认为自身的宠物体况评估能力得到提升,93.8%的学生表示营养方案设计能力、临床思维能力得到强化,91.7%的学生表示对沟通、服务及团队协作能力有自信。该模式显著提升了学生的参与度、综合能力与职业素养,增强了岗位适配力,为高职宠物营养类课程改革提供了可复制、可推广的新范式。
To address the key issues in the Pet Nutrition and Food course including the disconnection between theory and practice, a closed learning environment, a single method of evaluation, and the rigid ideological and political education, the course team used a job-demand-oriented approach to reconstruct the contents in modules including the basic module, core module, and progressive module. A blended teaching mode integrating three-dimensional integration and three-stage progression was developed based on the Chaoxing SPOC platform. Significant results were achieved after implementing the developed mode. The participation rate of students in the course increased to 95.7%, with an online learning task completion rate of 98.9%, an offline discussion participation rate of 72.2%, and an after-class practical training participation rate of 100%. The comprehensive pass rate in the final exam reached 100%, with the rate of excellence up to 29.5%. Moreover, 95.9% of students believed that their ability to assess the body condition of pets was improved, 93.8% of students reported that their skills in designing nutrition plans and clinical thinking were enhanced, and 91.7% of students had confidence in their capacities for communication, service, and teamwork. The developed mode significantly improved the engagement, comprehensive abilities, and professional competencies of students, and enhanced their job adaptability. It will provide a replicable and scalable new paradigm for reforming pet nutrition courses in higher vocational education.
