Techniques for preparing pig compound feed with mixed solid-state fermentation of feed rapeseed and rapeseed meal
为改善饲料油菜与菜籽粕混合固态发酵底物营养品质,充分利用饲料油菜植株生物产量高、营养物质均衡等优点的同时,进一步提高菜籽粕的有效利用率,开发新型饲料资源,降低养殖饲料成本。本文从适用范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、饲料油菜栽培、发酵底物与发酵菌剂选择和混合固态发酵技术流程等方面总结并制定了饲料油菜与菜籽粕混合固态发酵制备生猪配合饲料的技术规程,提出利用饲料油菜与菜籽粕制备发酵饲料,通过微生物固态发酵降低混合底物抗营养因子含量,可以改善饲料营养品质,达到节本增效的目的,为更加高效利用饲料油菜秸秆与菜籽粕作为生猪养殖饲料提供新的思路。
Novel feed resources must be developed to reduce the cost of feed for farming, improve the nutritional quality of the solid-state fermentation substrate of feed rapeseed straw (RSF) and rapeseed meal (RSM), while fully use the advantages of feed rapeseed plants with high biological yield and balanced nutrients to further increase the effective rate of utilizing RSM. This article summarized and formulated the technical specifications for preparing pig compound feed with mixed solid-state fermentation of feed RSF and RSM in terms of the scope of application, normative references, terminology and definitions, cultivation of feed rapeseed, selection of fermentation substrates and fermentation microbial agents, and the process of mixed solid-state fermentation. A method was proposed to prepare fermented feed using RSF and RSM to reduce the content of anti-nutritional factors in the mixed substrate through microbial solid-state fermentation, thereby improving the nutritional quality of the feed. It will provide a new approach for the more efficient use of RSF and RSM as feed for pig farming, leading to the development of new feed products and achieving the goal of cost-savings and efficiency-improvement.
