海兰褐蛋鸡育成期不同鸡舍间的生长性能对比
Comparative experiments on the growth performance of Hy-Line brown laying hens during the period of rearing in different chicken houses
目的 分析海兰褐蛋鸡育成阶段不同鸡舍之间生长性能的差异,为海兰褐蛋鸡育成期的饲养管理提供实践依据。 方法 2024年10月,在甘肃省泾川县某青年鸡场选择3栋鸡舍(H1、H2、H3)为试验场地,每栋鸡舍随机抽取30只海兰褐蛋鸡为试验对象,分别测定7~17周龄个体体重,随后对每栋鸡舍试验期各周龄体重进行描述性统计并分析,通过基础数据计算出8~17周龄绝对生长和相对生长值,并按周龄对3栋鸡舍海兰褐蛋鸡体重进行方差检验。 结果 3栋鸡舍海兰褐蛋鸡育成期各周龄平均体重、标准差、变异系数均有变大趋势,12周龄时,体重差异较大,H3、H2体重平均值分别较H1显著提高6.17%、3.75%(P<0.05);3栋鸡舍各周龄体重存在差异,在育成前期8、9周龄时体重差异显著(P<0.05),而育成后期11周龄及13~17周龄时体重差异不显著(P>0.05);3栋鸡舍育成期各周龄绝对生长存在较大差异,变化规律不明显;相对生长整体呈下降趋势,但波动较大。3栋鸡舍之间绝对生长和相对生长曲线均在12周龄时分离最大,最大值较最小值分别高出210.5%和203.2%。 结论 海兰褐蛋鸡育成阶段的生长发育状况在不同鸡舍间存在差异性,鸡舍饲养管理水平是影响蛋鸡育成期生长发育均匀度与鸡群整齐度的关键因素,在养殖过程中必须严格按照养殖标准进行科学养殖。
Objectives The differences in the growth performance of Hy-Line brown laying hens during the period of rearing in different chicken houses were studied to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the feeding and management of Hy-Line brown laying hens during the period of rearing. Methods 3 chicken houses named as H1, H2, H3 were selected from a pullet farm in Jingchuan County, Gansu Province, in October 2024. 30 Hy-Line brown laying hens were randomly sampled from each chicken house to measure the individual body weight of laying hens aged 7 to 17 weeks. Descriptive statistics and analysis were conducted on the data of weekly body weight in each house throughout the period of experiments. The value of absolute growth and relative growth from 8 to 17 weeks of age was calculated with the basic data measured, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare the body weights of Hy-Line brown laying hens from the 3 chicken houses by the week of age. Results The average body weight, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of Hy-Line brown laying hens in 3 chicken houses all had a trend of increasing during the period of rearing at each week of age. There were significant differences in the body weight at 12 weeks of age. The average body weight in H3 and H2 was significantly higher than that in H1 by 6.17% and 3.75% (P<0.05). There were differences in the weekly body weight among 3 chicken houses. Significant differences in the body weight existed at the stage of rearing at 8 and 9 weeks of age (P<0.05), whereas no significant difference was found at the stage of rearing at 11 weeks of age and 13 to 17 weeks of age (P>0.05). The absolute growth of laying hens at each week of age differed greatly among 3 chicken houses without an obviously regular pattern of variation. The relative growth of laying hens had an overall trend of declining with drastic fluctuations. The curves of absolute growth and relative growth of laying hens in the 3 chicken houses diverged the most at 12 weeks of age, with the maximum values exceeding the minimum values by 210.5% and 203.2%, respectively. Conclusions There were differences in the growth and development of Hy-Line brown laying hens among different chicken houses during the period of rearing. The feeding and management of each chicken house is a key factor affecting the uniformity and flock consistency of body weight in laying hens during the period of rearing. Standardized practices of scientific feeding should be strictly followed throughout the process of production.
