“稻-虾-螺”复合种养模式对稻田产量与经济效益的影响
Effects of the co-culture model of rice-prawn-river snail on the yield and economic benefits of paddy fields
目的 探究“稻-罗氏沼虾-螺”复合种养模式对稻田产出及综合经济效益的影响,为生态高值稻田利用提供参考。 方法 于2021-2022年在广西柳州开展大田试验,设置稻虾螺复合种养(试验组)与单一水稻种植(对照组),测定水稻及虾、螺的产量与产值,并结合主成分分析(PCA)剖析其经济效益驱动特征。 结果 试验组在水稻平均产值1 449.54元/667 m²的基础上,增加了水产品产出,综合利润达1 775.15~7 323.60元/667 m²,投入产出比为(1∶1.29)~(1∶2.18),各项经济指标均高于对照组。PCA结果显示,试验组较高的前期投入有效转化为底栖生物的高值产出,驱动其综合效益优于对照组。 结论 稻虾螺复合种养模式能有效提升稻田经济效益,不仅抗风险能力强,更为螺蛳粉产业提供了本地化螺蛳原料解决方案,是一种值得推广的生态高值稻田利用模式。
Objectives The effects of the co-culture model of "rice-giant freshwater prawn-river snail" on the output and comprehensive economic benefits of paddy fields were studied to provide a reference for eco-friendly and high-value utilization of paddy fields. Methods Field experiments were conducted in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2021 to 2022. Two groups including the experimental group (the co-culture system of rice-giant freshwater prawn-river snail) and the control group (rice monoculture) were set up to measure the yield and value of rice, prawns and river snails and analyze the driving characteristics of its economic benefits with principal component analysis (PCA). Results The experimental group increased the output of aquatic products on the basis of an average rice output value of 1 449.54 yuan/667 m², with a comprehensive profit of 1 775.15-7 323.60 yuan/667 m² and an input-output ratio of (1∶1.29)-(1∶2.18). All economic indexes were higher than those of the control group. The higher initial investment into the experimental group effectively converted into high-value output of benthic organisms, driving its comprehensive benefits to be better than the control group. Conclusions The co-culture model of rice-prawn-river snail can effectively improve the economic benefits of paddy fields. It not only has a strong ability to resist risk but also provides a localized solution of river snails as raw material for the Luosifen industry, which is an ecological and high-value utilization model of paddy fields worthy of promotion.
