云南文山州2022-2024年鸡新城疫和禽流感H5亚型的免疫抗体监测

云南文山州2022-2024年鸡新城疫和禽流感H5亚型的免疫抗体监测
Monitoring the immunological antibodies against Newcastle disease and H5 subtype avian influenza in chickens in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province from 2022 to 2024
目的 了解云南省文山州主要禽类疫病免疫效果,科学评估新城疫与高致病性禽流感(H5亚型)的群体免疫水平,为重大动物疫病风险预警和精准防控提供数据支撑。 方法 2022-2024年,采用血凝(HA)试验、血凝抑制(HI)和ELISA试验法,对全州8个县(市)规模养殖场和散养户采集的84 443份鸡血清样本开展同步检测。 结果 2022-2024年鸡新城疫的年平均合格率分别为74.56%、78.93%、82.54%,整体免疫水平较高且稳定;禽流感(H5)免疫抗体合格率整体良好,规模场由83.21%提升至95.47%,散养户维持在82.98%~85.32%。 结论 文山州在鸡新城疫与禽流感(H5亚型)的免疫防控方面成效显著,群体免疫屏障已基本建立,反映出文山州当前防控策略的科学性与有效性。
Objectives The immune effects of major avian diseases in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province were investigated to scientifically evaluate the level of population immunity of Newcastle disease and highly pathogenic avian influenza (H5 subtype) and provide data support for the risk warning and precise prevention and control of major animal diseases. Methods Hemagglutination (HA) test, hemagglutination inhibition (HI) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to conduct synchronous detection on 84 443 samples of chicken serum collected from large-scale farms and small-scale farmers in 8 counties (cities) in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province from 2022 to 2024. Results The average annual qualified rate of Newcastle disease from 2022 to 2024 was 74.56%, 78.93%, and 82.54%, with a high and stable overall level of immunity. The qualified rate of immunological antibodies against avian influenza (H5) was generally good, with that in large-scale farms increasing from 83.21% to 95.47% and that in small-scale farmers maintaining at 82.98% and 85.32%. Conclusions It is indicated that Wenshan Prefecture achieved significant results in the prevention and control of Newcastle disease and avian influenza (H5 subtype) in chickens, and the barrier of population immunity has been basically established, reflecting the scientific and effective prevention and control strategies in Wenshan Prefecture at present.
