酒石酸与聚羧酸减水剂在高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥中的复合效应
The Combined Effect of Tartaric Acid and Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer in High-belite Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement
本文研究了酒石酸(TA)与聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)复配对高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥(HBCSA)净浆的流动度、凝结时间、力学性能、水化进程、微观形貌的影响。结果表明:TA和PCE复配,延长了HBCSA水泥的凝结时间,缩短了水泥初凝时间和终凝时间的间隔,增加了HBCSA水泥的流动度;0.25%TA和0.4%PCE复配,提高了水泥28 d的抗折强度和抗压强度;TA和PCE的复合效应延缓了HBCSA水泥的水化进程,降低了水泥的水化放热速率,提高了水泥的累计放热量;PCE的加入,延长了钙矾石(AFt)纵向尺寸,增加了细针状AFt数量的同时增加了AFt的总生成量。
This study investigates the effects of the compounding of tartaric acid (TA) and polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) on the fluidity, setting time, mechanical properties, hydration process, and micromorphology of high-belite calcium sulfoaluminate cement (HBCSA) paste.The results show that the compounding of TA and PCE prolongs the setting time of HBCSA cement, shortens the interval between the initial setting time and final setting time of the cement, and increases the fluidity of HBCSA cement.The compounding of 0.25% TA and 0.4% PCE improves the 28-day flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement.The synergistic effect of TA and PCE retards the hydration process of HBCSA cement, reduces the hydration heat release rate of cement, and increases the total hydration heat release of the cement.The addition of PCE extends the longitudinal dimension of ettringite (AFt), increases the number of fine acicular AFt, and simultaneously enhances the total production of AFt.
