The interface slip caused by shear deformation of steel-concrete composite beam shear connectors will reduce the bending stiffness of the section and increase the deflection, which is unfavorable for large-span, rail transit and other structures with strict deflection requirements. However, the two-point beam element in finite element design software cannot effectively consider interface slip. The stiffness matrix of beam elements is derived using the flexibility method in this paper. Increasing the degree of freedom for interface slip, the four-dimensional flexibility matrix of a planar simply supported beam is derived using the equilibrium differential equations of the beam segment. The flexibility matrix is then inverted to obtain the four-dimensional stiffness matrix of the simply supported beam with the same node displacement and node force. The geometric relationship transformation is then performed to obtain the six-dimensional stiffness matrix. The derivation process only requires the second-order differential equation of the composite axial force. Under uniformly distributed loads, the equivalent nodal forces at the end of the rod considering slip and not considering slip are almost the same. The stiffness matrix derived from the application was self-written into a finite element program and was verified through analytical methods and spatial finite element numerical simulations. The derived analytical stiffness matrix is an exact solution within its assumed range, and the same results as the analytical solution can be obtained with fewer elements.
