Research progress of pressure-strain loop technique in the evaluation of left ventricular myocardial work in rheumatic diseases
压力-应变环(PSL)是一种新兴超声心动图技术,通过融合左室压力与心肌应变信息,可定量评估心肌做功,有效克服传统心功能指标与应变参数的后负荷依赖性。在左室射血分数(LVEF)仍处于正常范围时,PSL即可识别风湿性疾病患者的亚临床左室心肌损伤。该技术的相关参数在不同风湿性疾病中均呈现明显变化,且与疾病活动度相关,可用于危险分层与早期预警。本文系统综述了PSL技术及其在不同风湿性疾病左室心肌做功评估中的应用研究进展。
The pressure-strain loop (PSL) is an emerging technology that integrates left ventricular pressure and myocardial strain data to quantitatively assess myocardial work. This approach effectively overcomes the afterload dependence of traditional cardiac function indices and strain measurements, enabling the identification of subclinical left ventricular myocardial damage in rheumatic diseases even when the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is normal. The parameters derived from this technology vary across different rheumatic diseases and correlate with disease activity, making it suitable for risk stratification and early warning. This article aims to introduce PSL technology and review recent research progress in the assessment of left ventricular work capacity across various rheumatic diseases.
