In order to detect whether there are abnormal cells in two erythrocytes under the condition of mutual interference of cell photoacoustic waves, this paper analyzes the influence parameters of the photoacoustic spectrum of two cells by the finite element method. In this study, a single-cell model, a two-cell model at different distances, and a two-cell model with abnormal cells at the same distance were established, and the sound field was analyzed. Using a single cell to determine the main distribution frequency of cell signal; cell models at different distances determine the appropriate distance and the location distribution of detection points; the two-cell model with abnormal cells at the same distance determines the signal curve in abnormal state. The results show that when both cells are normal erythrocytes, the Fréchet distance between the frequency domain sound pressure level curve of the model and the single cell signal is less than 3.3; When there are abnormal erythrocytes in the two-cell model, the Frechet distance of the frequency domain sound pressure level curve of the model is greater than 13.7 after comparing with the single cell signal. This study shows that under the condition of mutual interference between two cells, the detection point is arranged in the enhancement area, and by comparing with the signal of a single cell, it can be judged whether there are abnormal erythrocytes in two erythrocytes.
