The electronic packaging equipment module in the new kinetic energy weapon will cause irreversible damage under the action of continuous multi-pulse high overload impact, resulting in its failure and affecting the lethality of the ammunition. In this context, the board-level circuit in the electronic packaging device is selected as the research object, and the modal analysis of the substrate and the circuit board with concentrated mass is theoretically carried out, and the natural frequencies are obtained. The modal analysis of the board-level circuit and the simulation analysis of continuous multi-pulse high overload impact are carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS and the explicit dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA, and the main mode shape is the vibration in the -axis direction of the circuit board. The maximum equivalent stress on the printed circuit board (PCB) under four different types of continuous multi-pulse acceleration loads always occurs near the stud hole position. As the pulse interval time of the loading load decreases, the maximum equivalent stress of the PCB board increases. The high overload impact test is carried out on the board-level circuit by using the impact test bench, and the square plate and the round plate does not fall off the components and break the lead under the load of 70 804g and 91 762g, respectively, so the board-level circuit has good anti-high value impact performance and is not easy to fail.
