Perovskite photodetectors have attracted much attention due to their excellent optoelectronic properties such as high light absorption coefficients, high carrier mobility, high defect tolerance, tunable band gap and low-cost solution preparation method of perovskite materials, and have shown broad application prospects in many fields such as communication, sensing, and medical treatment. In this paper, the latest research progress of perovskite photodetectors is systematically reviewed, and the typical structures, working principles, device advantages, latest research results and development status of diode-type, photoconductive and transistor perovskite photodetectors are analyzed in detail. Finally, combined with the current research trends, the challenges and constraints of the development of perovskite photodetectors are objectively analyzed, and the future development of high-performance photodetectors based on perovskite materials is prospected, aiming to promote the further development of this field and provide directional reference and suggestions for later practice.
