To achieve multidimensional control of terahertz (THz) wavefields and efficient generation of optical orbital angular momentum states, this work proposes and designs a Janus metasurface based on a single-layer all-silicon rectangular-pillar array. The device realizes direction-asymmetric manipulation of vortex beams at 0.9 THz, producing helical wavefronts with OAM=-2 and OAM=+3 under forward and backward incidence, respectively. By jointly engineering the Pancharatnam-Berry phase and the propagation phase, direction-dependent differential phase modulation is implemented within a single-layer architecture. In addition, the phase distribution, field intensity, and OAM purity of the structure are systematically investigated. The results show pronounced multi-helical phase patterns under opposite incidences, with the central phase singularities consistent with theoretical design and an OAM purity exceeding 70%. Benefiting from its simple, low-loss, and direction-controllable all-dielectric configuration, the proposed metasurface offers an efficient and compact solution for THz communications, optical-field modulation, and three-dimensional wavefront encoding.
