Scattering amplitudes in quantum field theory can be regarded as approximations of scattering amplitudes in string theory. Therefore amplitudes relations of quantum field theory can be derived from string theory. Based on a proper combination of tree-level open string amplitudes and the Kleiss-Kuijf (KK) and Bern-Carrasco-Johansson (BCJ) relations that were already founded, a graph-based relation for open string amplitudes is proposed. In the field theory limit, this relation provides the existing graph-based BCJ relation and a new amplitudes relation — graph-based KK relation. The caculation of specific examples can be directly extended to general cases.
