摘要

目的:以脓毒症教学为例,探讨虚拟仿真教学模式在重症医学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院60名专业型硕士生为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(30名,采用常规教学模式)和试验组(30名,采用虚拟仿真教学模式)。课程结束后比较两组学生的测试成绩,并收集试验组对教学满意度的反馈。采用t检验和Mann-Whitney U检验比较试验组和对照组在脓毒症知识测验中的成绩差异。结果:试验组测验总分及各分项(包括发病机制、临床诊断、治疗措施)的成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学满意度调查显示,试验组对虚拟仿真教学的整体评价良好,各条目平均得分均高于4分(评分>4分为满意)。结论:在重症医学教学中,虚拟仿真教学有助于提升研究生对理论知识的理解,改善学习体验并增强学习兴趣。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of a novel virtual simulation-based teaching model in critical care medicine education, using sepsis teaching as an example. Methods: A total of 60 professional master's degree students from Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, were enrolled and randomly allocated to two groups. The control group (n=30) received traditional instruction, while the experimental group (n=30) underwent virtual simulation-based training. Post-course sepsis knowledge test scores were compared between groups, and teaching satisfaction was assessed in the experimental group. Between-group differences in sepsis knowledge scores were assessed using the t test for normally distributed data and Mann-Whitney U test for non-normally distributed data. Results: The experimental group achieved significantly higher total test scores than the control group (P<0.05), with significant differences also observed across all three domains: pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, and treatment measures. Teaching satisfaction surveys revealed high overall approval of the virtual simulation-based model, with mean scores exceeding 4.0 on a 5-point scale for all items (scores > 4 indicating satisfaction). Conclusion: Virtual simulation-based teaching in critical care medicine enhances knowledge retention, improves the learning experience, and increases learner motivation among postgraduate medical students.
