T形方颈单边螺栓连接梁柱节点抗弯承载力研究
Study on Bending Bearing Capacity of Beam-Column Joints Using T-Head Square-Neck One-Side Bolts
研发T形方颈单边螺栓的初衷是为解决闭口截面钢构件的螺栓连接难题,尤其是钢梁-钢管柱连接。目前已有较多针对T形方颈单边螺栓连接钢梁-钢管柱节点的研究,但是相关研究并未建立系统全面的节点承载力计算模型,这在一定程度上限制了此类连接的推广和使用。本文在国内外相关研究成果的基础上基于组件分析法和薄板塑性铰线理论提出了T形方颈单边螺栓连接钢梁-钢管柱节点的抗弯承载力计算方法,可用于此类连接的结构性能预测。本文主要结论为:基于薄板屈服线理论,提出无肋端板连接下钢管柱连接面的屈服线分布模式并推导得到钢管柱壁强度控制下节点的抗弯承载力;提出栓孔竖向分布和水平分布下的有效冲切面积折减系数,分别取值0.65和0.60;本文所提T形方颈单边螺栓连接钢梁-钢管柱节点的抗弯承载力计算方法准确可靠,其所得节点抗弯承载力与试验值之间的误差保持在15%之内。
The original intention of developing T-head Square-neck One-side Bolts (TSOBs) is to solve the problem of bolting the closed section members, especially the I-beam to Square Hollow Section (SHS) column joints. At present, there are some studies on TSOBs connected I-beam to SHS column joints, but the related research has not established a systematic and comprehensive calculation model of joint bearing capacity, which limits the promotion of such joints. On the basis of relevant domestic and international research results, a method for calculating the bending bearing capacity of I-beam to SHS column joints with TSOBs is proposed by using component analysis method and plastic hinge line theory of thin plate. The main results of this paper show that based on yield line theory of thin plate, the distribution model of yield lines for SHS column wall is proposed and the bending bearing capacity of the joints governed by SHS wall strength is derived. The effective punching area reduction coefficients under the vertical and horizontal distributions of bolt holes are proposed, with values of 0.65 and 0.60. The calculation method for the bending bearing capacity of the joints with TSOBs is accurate and reliable, and the difference between the calculated results and the test values is within 15%.
