女性HPV感染情况及基因型分析
Analysis on the infection status and genotype of female HPV
目的 通过分析延安市人民医院妇科门诊女性患者HPV感染情况与年龄分布之间的关系,为本地区宫颈癌的筛查、预防和治疗提供一定的参考依据。 方法 收集2023年1月至2024年3月在延安市人民医院就诊并接受HPV基因分型检测的10 738例女性患者资料,分析其HPV感染和基因型分布情况。 结果 10 738例样本中阳性样本为2 561例,HPV阳性感染率为23.85%。其中,单一感染样本为1 820例,占比71.07%;多重感染样本为741例,占比为28.93%。单一感染排名前5位的依次为HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV53和HPV42型。多重感染排名前5位的依次为HPV52、HPV16、HPV58、HPV53和HPV44型。除≤20岁组、61~70岁组、>70岁组外,其余各年龄组的患者HPV感染以单一感染为主,各年龄组HPV亚型感染分布情况也有所不同。 结论 延安市人民医院妇科门诊女性患者HPV感染最常见的亚型为HPV16型、HPV52型、HPV58型,感染类型以单一感染为主,不同年龄段HPV感染率和亚型分布情况也有差异。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the human papilloma virus (HPV) infection status and age distribution among female outpatients in the gynecological department of Yan'an People's Hospital, aiming to offer a certain reference basis for the screening, prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in this area. Methods Collect the data of 10 738 female patients who sought medical treatment in Yan'an People's Hospital and received HPV gene typing tests from January 2023 to March 2024, and analyze the situation of HPV infection and genotype distribution among them. Results Among the 10 738 samples incorporated into this study, 2 561 samples tested positive, and the HPV positive infection rate is 23.85%. Specifically, there were 1 820 samples with single infections, accounting for 71.07%, and 741 samples with multiple infections, accounting for 28.93%. The top five subtypes in terms of single infections were HPV16, HPV52, HPV58, HPV53 and HPV42 in sequence. As for multiple infections, the top five subtypes were HPV52, HPV16, HPV58, HPV53 and HPV44 in sequence. Except for the age groups of ≤20 years old, 61~70 years old and >70 years old, the HPV infections in the remaining age groups were predominantly single infections, and the distribution of HPV subtypes in each age group also varied. Conclusion The most prevalent subtypes of HPV infection among women in the gynecology outpatient department of our hospital are HPV16, HPV52 and HPV58,and the dominant infection type is single infection. Moreover, the infection rates and subtype distributions of HPV differ among different age groups.
