马铃薯产业化龙头企业创新发展模式与路径探索——以北大荒薯业集团有限公司为例

Exploration on Innovative Development Mode and Path of Leading Enterprises in Potato Industrialization ——A Case Study of Beidahuang Potato Industry Group Co., Ltd.

摘要

马铃薯产业化龙头企业是产业的重要经营主体，在马铃薯产业发展中发挥重要作用。北大荒薯业集团有限公司是中国最大的马铃薯国有企业，在发展壮大过程中充分利用国企身份和相关政策，发挥组织优势、行业优势、科研优势、条件优势和品牌优势。企业经过近20年的发展，实现了国内大范围布局、全面科企合作、成功自主融资、升级企业管理，成长为国内领先的马铃薯产业化龙头企业之一，提出龙头企业应加强科技支撑、提升自主创新能力，关注节本增效、推进产业绿色发展，强化品牌建设、实现产品提质升级，积极优化管理、助力企业稳健成长等建议，以推动和促进龙头企业能力提升、转型升级和创新发展。

Abstract

The leading enterprises of potato industrialization are the main business entities of the industry and have played an important role in the development of potato industry. Beidahuang Potato Industry Group Co., Ltd. is the largest state-owned potato enterprise in China. In the process of development and growth, the company made full use of the status of state-owned enterprises and related policies, and gave full play to the advantages of organization, industry, scientific research, conditions and brand. After nearly 20 years of development, it has achieved a large-scale domestic layout, comprehensive cooperation between science and enterprises, successful independent financing and upgraded enterprise management, and has grown into one of the leading potato industrialization enterprises in China. It is suggested that leading enterprises should strengthen scientific and technological support, enhance their independent innovation ability, pay attention to saving costs and increasing efficiency, promote industrial green development, strengthen brand building, upgrade products, optimize management, and help enterprises grow steadily, so as to promote and facilitate the ability improvement, transformation and upgrading, and innovative development of leading enterprises.
