宁夏马铃薯产业现状、存在问题及发展建议

Current Situation, Existing Problems and Development Suggestions of Potato Industry in Ningxia

摘要

马铃薯为宁夏回族自治区主要农作物之一，在保障粮食安全方面发挥重要作用。文章概述宁夏回族自治区马铃薯种植面积、产量、品种、主推技术、绿色技术模式、加工、市场销售、品牌建设等情况，并对马铃薯产业促农增收的主要方式进行阐述。在系统梳理马铃薯产业现状的基础上，指出当地马铃薯产业发展现存问题，并提出相应对策建议，为宁夏回族自治区马铃薯产业发展提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract

Potatoes are one of the main crops in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, playing a crucial role in ensuring food security. The planting area, yield, varieties, main technologies, green technology models, processing, market sales, brand building, and other aspects of potatoes were overviewed in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The paper also elaborated on the main strategies employed by the Ningxia potato industry to increase farmers' income. On the basis of systematically sorting out the current situation of the potato industry, the problems existing in the development of the local potato industry are pointed out, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference and guidance for the development of the potato industry in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
