摘要

‘定薯10号’是定西市农业科学研究院自主选育的马铃薯新品种，母本为‘冀张薯8号’，父本为‘台湾红皮’。2024年通过国家非主要农作物品种登记，登记编号：GPD马铃薯（2024）620007。该品种适宜鲜食菜用，晚熟，生育期115 d。块茎长卵圆形，薯皮红色，表皮较粗，芽眼浅，薯肉中等黄色。块茎中干物质含量18.50 g/100 g，淀粉含量11.55%，粗蛋白含量2.20 g/100 g，维生素C含量14.40 mg/100 g，还原糖含量0.26 g/100 g。蒸煮食味好。2019—2020年国家区域试验‘定薯10号’平均产量为36 946 kg/hm²，较对照‘陇薯6号’（33 532 kg/hm²）增产10.2%。抗马铃薯X病毒（Potato virus X，PVX）病和马铃薯Y病毒（Potato virus Y，PVY）病，但高感晚疫病。适宜在甘肃省、宁夏回族自治区、青海省干旱、半干旱及二阴生态区种植。

Abstract

The new potato variety 'Dingshu 10' was selected and developed by the Dingxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences from a cross using 'Jizhangshu 8' as female and 'Cardinal' as male. It was certificated for the registration of non-major crop varieties by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China in 2024, and its registration number is GPD potato (2024) 620007. The growth duration of 'Dingshu 10' is 115 days, a late maturing variety, and could be planted as table potatoes. It has long ovoid shape tubers, rough and red skin, shallow eyes and yellow flesh. It contains 18.50 g/100 g of dry matter, 11.55% of starch content, 2.20 g/100 g of crude protein, 14.40 mg/100 g of vitamin C and 0.26 g/100 g of reducing sugar. The variety has good cooking taste. In the national regional trials from 2019 to 2020, the average yield of 'Dingshu 10' was 36 946 kg/hm², which was increased by 10.2% compared with the average yield of the control 'Longshu 6' (33 532 kg/hm²). It is resistant to potato virus X and potato virus Y, but highly susceptible to late blight. 'Dingshu 10' is suitable for planting in the arid and semi-arid areas, and the area with high altitude with cloudy, cool and humid climates in Gansu Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province.
