马铃薯新品种‘川芋62’的选育
Selection and Breeding of a New Potato Variety 'Chuanyu 62'
‘川芋62’是以‘393280.58’作母本,‘391679.7’作父本,通过有性杂交选育而成的中熟鲜食型马铃薯新品种,2024年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号为GDP马铃薯(2024)510003。该品种生育期90 d,植株半直立,茎绿色,叶深绿色,花冠白色、近五边形,花繁茂,天然结实性强。块茎卵圆形,浅黄皮,乳白色肉,表皮光滑,芽眼浅。2016—2017年参加四川省马铃薯联合区域试验,两年平均产量1 773 kg/667m2,较对照品种‘米拉’增产22.80%。干物质含量为23.40 g/100 g,淀粉含量17.90 g/100 g,蛋白质含量为1.40 g/100 g,维生素C含量为15.90 mg/100 g,还原糖含量为0.76 g/100 g。中抗晚疫病,抗马铃薯X病毒(Potato virus X,PVX)病、马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)病、马铃薯卷叶病毒(Potato leafroll virus,PLRV)病。该品种适宜在四川省中高海拔中浅山区及平原丘陵区排透水性好的地区春季种植。
'Chuanyu 62' is a new medium maturing table potato variety bred by crossing '393280.58' as the female parent and '391679.7' as the male parent through sexual hybridization. It was registered by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2024, with the registration number GDP Potato (2024) 510003. This variety has a growth period of 90 days, with semi-upright plant habit, green stem, dark green leaves, white and nearly pentagonal flowers. The flowers are luxuriant and the natural berries are frequent. The tubers are oval-shaped, with light yellow and smooth skin, creamy flesh, and shallow eyes. In the joint regional trials in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2017, it gave an average yield of 1 773 kg/667m2, which was 22.80% higher than that of the control variety 'Mira'. Its tuber contains dry matter of 23.40 g/100 g, starch of 17.90 g/100 g, protein of 1.40 g/100 g, vitamin C of 15.90 mg/100 g, and reducing sugar of 0.76 g/100 g. It is moderately resistant to late blight and resistant to potato virus X (PVX), potato virus Y (PVY) and potato leafroll virus (PLRV). This variety is suitable for spring planting in the areas with good drainage in the medium and low mountainous areas and plains of Sichuan Province.
