摘要
马铃薯晚疫病严重威胁马铃薯生产,其病原菌传播范围持续扩大,且易发生变异。马铃薯晚疫病的病原物—寄主互作机制较为复杂。致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)作为引发马铃薯晚疫病的病原菌,通过多种孢子传播和侵染,其卵孢子为主要初侵染源。植物防御遵循Zigzag模型,有病原相关分子模式触发免疫(Pathogen-associated molecular pattern-triggered immunity,PTI)和效应蛋白触发免疫(Effector-triggered immunity,ETI)两道防线。PTI和ETI相互影响,协同抵抗病原菌,共同调控植物对马铃薯晚疫病的抗性。未来研究可借助基因工程和组学技术,挖掘寻找新的抗病基因,培育具有对马铃薯晚疫病持久抗性的品种。
Abstract
Potato late blight poses a severe threat to potato production, with its pathogen having a continuously expanding range of dissemination and being prone to mutation. The pathogen-host interaction mechanism of potato late blight is rather complex.Phytophthora infestans, the pathogen responsible for potato late blight, spreads and infects through various types of spores, with its oospores being the primary source of initial infection. Plant defense follows the Zigzag model, with two lines of defense: Pathogen-associated molecular pattern-triggered immunity (PTI) and effector-triggered immunity (ETI). PTI and ETI interact with each other and work together to resist pathogens, jointly regulating the plant's resistance to potato late blight. Future research can leverage genetic engineering and omics technologies to identify new disease-resistant genes and develop varieties with durable resistance to potato late blight.
