凉山州马铃薯新型经营主体的发展策略探讨

A Study on the Development Strategies for New Types of Potato Business Entities in Liangshan Prefecture

摘要

凉山彝族自治州（简称凉山州）日照充足、水资源丰沛、昼夜温差大，凭借其得天独厚的自然条件，马铃薯产业已成为当地农业经济的支柱产业之一。近年来，随着新型经营主体的崛起，马铃薯产业在资源整合、技术革新与品牌建设等方面取得了显著成效，但也面临着资金短缺、人才匮乏、市场风险应对能力不足以及政策落实不到位问题。为此，提出了加强政策支持、推动技术创新、优化市场渠道和促进合作联盟发展策略，旨在通过政府扶持、技术升级、市场拓展和合作深化，推动凉山州马铃薯产业的可持续发展，助力乡村振兴。

Abstract

The potato industry in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture (referred to as Liangshan Prefecture), with its abundant sunshine, ample water resources, and large diurnal temperature variation, has become one of the pillar industries of the local agricultural economy. In recent years, the rise of new types of business entities has led to significant achievements in resource integration, technological innovation, and brand building within the potato industry. However, these entities also face problems such as funding shortages, talent scarcity, Insufficient market risk response capabilities, and inadequate policy implementation. To this end, strategies have been proposed to strengthen policy support, promote technological innovation, optimize market channels, and promote the development of cooperative alliances. The aim is to promote the sustainable development of the potato industry in Liangshan Prefecture and assist in rural revitalization through government support, technological upgrading, market expansion, and deepening cooperation. The research findings indicate that the implementation of these strategies will help enhance the overall efficiency of the potato industry, increase farmers' incomes, and advance regional agricultural modernization.
