内蒙古马铃薯产业高质量发展路径

Path of High-quality Development of the Potato Industry in Inner Mongolia

摘要

马铃薯是内蒙古自治区第六大支柱产业，在农业强国战略指引下，如何推动其高质量发展成为重要议题。从生产现状、品种结构、种植区域、经营主体规模化程度、产业集群建设、市场价格及贸易等方面，系统剖析内蒙古自治区马铃薯产业发展现状，并分析其在自然条件、社会经济、市场价格、生产技术及产品加工等方面的竞争优势。内蒙古自治区马铃薯产业仍面临品种结构不合理、生产成本攀升、生产技术标准落实不足、科技研发投入有限、产后加工链条短、产品附加值低、品牌建设滞后等困境。提出优化品种结构、推进机械化生产、降低生产成本、加强行业管理、强化科技研发、整合产业链协同发展、拓展市场渠道、加快品牌建设等对策，以促进内蒙古自治区马铃薯产业高质量发展。

Abstract

As the sixth largest pillar industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, how to achieve the high-quality development of the potato industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the guidance of the strategy of building an agricultural powerhouse becomes an important issue. The current development situation of the potato industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was analyzed from aspects such as the production status quo, varieties, planting areas, scale of business entities, construction of industrial clusters, market prices and trade. The competitiveness of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in developing the potato industry was also analyzed in terms of unique natural conditions, social and economic advantages, market prices, production technology and product processing. It was concluded that the potato industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was faced with dilemmas such as an unreasonable variety distribution, continuously rising production input costs, ineffective implementation of production technology standards, limited investment capabilities in scientific and technological research and development, a short post-production processing chain, low product added value, and lagging brand construction. It was recommended that the high-quality development of the potato industry be promoted through paths such as optimizing variety distribution, promoting mechanization, reducing costs, strengthening industry management, enhancing scientific and technological research and development, integrating industrial chain for coordinated development, expanding markets, and accelerating brand construction.
