摘要

‘陇薯 18 号’是杂交组合‘陇薯 6 号’ × ‘L0202－3 ’后代经定向选择，由甘肃省农业科学院马铃薯研究所育成。 2024年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记，登记号为 GPD 马铃薯（2024）620035。‘陇薯 18 号’属晚熟鲜食兼主食加工型品种，生育期 123 d 。茎绿色局部着褐色，叶色为绿色，花冠白色。块茎呈椭圆形，薯皮微网纹且呈浅粉红色，薯肉浅黄，芽眼浅。鲜薯干物质含量为 223.0 g/kg ，淀粉含量为 172.7 g/kg ，粗蛋白含量为 24.1 g/kg ，维生素C含量为 118.0mg/kg ，还原糖含量为 5.1 g/kg 。经接种鉴定，‘陇薯 18 号’中抗马铃薯 X 病毒（Potato virus X，PVX）病、马铃薯 Y 病毒（Potato virus Y，PVY）病，其田间晚疫病抗性强于对照品种‘陇薯 6 号’。在国家马铃薯中晚熟西北组品种试验中，平均产量为 2529 kg/667 m²，较对照品种‘陇薯 6 号’平均增产 20.2% 。‘陇薯 18 号’适宜在青海省东南部、甘肃省中东部、宁夏回族自治区南部的高寒阴湿区、二阴地区及半干旱地区推广种植。

Abstract

"Longshu 18' is a potato variety bred and developed from the progenies of 'Longshu 6'×L0202-3' by theInstitute of Potato, Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2024, it was registered as a non-major crop variety by theMinistry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs with the registration number GPD Potato (2024) 620035 The variety is classified as a late- maturing dual-purpose variety of table and staple food processing with a growth period of approximately 123 days.The stem is green with brown in some areas; the leaf color is green; and the flower is white The tuber is elliptical in shape, with a slightly netted and light pink skin,light yellow flesh, and shallow eyes. Tubers contain 223.0 glkg dry matter,172.7 gl/kg starch,24.1 g/kg crude protein,118.0 mglkg vitamin C, and 5.10 gkg reducing sugar on the basis of freshweight. After inoculation and identification, Longshu 18' had moderate resistance to potato virus X (PVX) and potato virusY (PVY), and its field resistance to late blight was higher than that of the control 'Longshu 6'. In the national mid and latematuring Northwest group variety trial, the average yield was 2 529 kg/667m², which was 20.2% higher than that of the control Longshu 6'. Longshu 18' is suitable for planting in the high-ltitude, cold and humid areas, semi-humid areas, andsemi-arid areas of southeastern Qinghai Province,central and eastern Gansu Province,and southern Ningxia HuiAutonomous Region.
