不同药剂对马铃薯晚疫病的防治效果及经济效益分析

Control Efficacy and Economic Benefit Analysis of Different Fungicides on Potato Late Blight
由致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)引起的晚疫病是马铃薯生产中的一种毁灭性病害,在全球普遍发生,危害严重。为科学评估并筛选出当前市场上广泛使用的马铃薯晚疫病最佳防治药剂,采用两因素裂区设计,探究10种杀菌剂对‘定薯7号’(中抗)和‘新大坪’(感病)两个品种马铃薯晚疫病的田间防治效果,并进行经济效益评价。20%丁子香酚、23.4%双炔酰菌胺和10%氟噻唑吡乙酮处理均表现出显著的防治效果,并在总收入、经济效益和产投比表现突出,优于其他处理。其中,20%丁子香酚处理‘新大坪’的三次防治效果均在73.00%以上,且使‘定薯7号’和‘新大坪’分别增产26.94%和31.07%,增产效果显著。20%丁子香酚处理下,‘定薯7号’和‘新大坪’的总收入分别为122 525元/hm2和73 721元/hm2,经济效益分别为101 240元/hm2和50 757元/hm2,产投比分别为5.76和3.21。综上,20%丁子香酚防治效果突出、增产效果显著、经济效益明显,可作为防治马铃薯晚疫病的田间最佳药剂,23.4%双炔酰菌胺和10%氟噻唑吡乙酮是防治马铃薯晚疫病的次优选择。
Late blight caused by Phytophthora infestans is a devastating disease in potato production, occurring globally and causing severe damage. To scientifically evaluate and select the best fungicides for controlling late blight in the current market, a two-factor split-plot design was adopted to investigate the field control effects of 10 fungicides on the late blight of 'Dingshu 7' (moderately resistant) and 'Xindaping' (susceptible), and to conduct economic benefit evaluations. Treatment with eugenol 20%, mandipropamid 23.4%, and oxathiapiprolin 10% all exhibited significant control effects and excelled in total income, economic benefit, and output-input ratio, outperforming the other treatments. Among them, the three control effects of eugenol 20% on 'Xindaping' were all above 73.00%, and it also increased the yield of 'Dingshu 7' and 'Xindaping' by 26.94% and 31.07%, respectively, with a significant yield-increasing effect. Under the eugenol 20% treatment, the total income of 'Dingshu 7' and 'Xindaping' was 122 525 Yuan/ha and 73 721 Yuan/ha respectively, with economic benefits of 101 240 Yuan/ha and 50 757 Yuan/ha, and output-input ratio of 5.76 and 3.21. In conclusion, eugenol 20% exhibits superior efficacy in disease control, substantial yield improvement, and considerable economic returns, thereby emerging as the most suitable field application for the management of potato late blight. As alternative options, mandipropamid 23.4% and oxathiapiprolin 10% demonstrate effective control of potato late blight and may be considered for use under specific conditions.
