基于主成分分析及隶属函数的马铃薯抗逆性及产量综合评价

基于主成分分析及隶属函数的马铃薯抗逆性及产量综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation for Stress Resistance and Yield of Different Potato Varieties (Lines) Based on Principal Component Analysis and Membership Function
马铃薯作为四大粮食作物之一,具有较高的营养价值及较强的抗逆性。为明确不同马铃薯品种抗逆性及产量差异,进而筛选高产抗逆马铃薯品种,以20个不同马铃薯品种(系)为研究材料,测定其抗性性状及产量性状,比较分析各个指标差异,并采用主成分及隶属函数法进行综合评价。不同品种(系)马铃薯抗性性状变异系数区间为10.19%~27.17%,‘川引2号’叶片相对含水量最高,脯氨酸含量与最高值接近,‘京张薯1号’株高、脯氨酸含量表现最好;产量性状变异系数为32.42%~58.31%,‘克新19号’单株结薯数最高,‘京张薯1号’单株产量、商品薯率、单薯重表现最佳,产量性状最优;对各个指标进行主成分分析,提取出3个主成分单株产量、单薯重和叶片相对含水量,经隶属函数评价,筛选出综合评价最优品种为‘京张薯1号’,其次为‘大丰10号’,较差为‘陇薯20号’。‘京张薯1号’‘大丰10号’可作为晋北地区主推马铃薯品种进行应用推广。
As one of the four major food crops, potatoes have high nutritional value and strong stress resistance. This study aimed to clarify the differences in stress resistance and yield among different potato varieties and to screen for high-yield and stress-resistant potato varieties. Twenty potato varieties (lines) were used as research materials. Their stress resistance and yield traits were measured, and the differences in various indicators were analyzed using comparative analysis. Comprehensive evaluation was performed using principal component analysis and membership function method. The coefficient of variation for stress resistance traits among different potato varieties (lines) ranged from 10.19% to 27.17%. 'Chuanyin 2' had the highest leaf relative water content, and its proline content was nearly the highest. 'Jingzhangshu 1' performed best in plant height and proline content. The coefficient of variation for yield traits ranged from 32.42% to 58.31%. 'Kexin 19' had the highest number of tubers per plant, whereas 'Jingzhangshu 1' exhibited the best performance in tuber yield per plant, marketable tuber percentage, and tuber weight, demonstrating optimal yield traits. Principal component analysis was conducted on various indicators, extracting three principal components, tuber yield per plant, tuber weight, and leaf relative water content. Through membership function evaluation, 'Jingzhangshu 1' was identified as the variety with the best comprehensive evaluation, followed by 'Dafeng 10', and the poorest was 'Longshu 20'. 'Jingzhangshu 1' and 'Dafeng 10' could be promoted as the main potato varieties for cultivation and promotion in the northern Shanxi Province.
