陇中旱作区马铃薯中熟品种引进评价与筛选

陇中旱作区马铃薯中熟品种引进评价与筛选
Evaluation and Screening of Medium-maturing Potato Varieties in Dry Region of Central Gansu
为筛选出适宜定西市种植的中熟马铃薯新品种,引进11份马铃薯种质材料,以‘费乌瑞它’为对照,对物候期、农艺性状、块茎性状、产量性状及品质进行研究。采用半膜覆盖单垄双行种植,随机区组排列。‘北方013’‘北方016’与‘晋同薯3号’的生育期均超过100 d,其余品种生育期少于100 d。‘秦薯107’‘秦彩薯1号’‘蒙乌薯4号’和‘中薯早45’的结实性弱,单株结薯数为5.0~14.2个,单株块茎重为440~1 890 g,单薯重为84.6~244.0 g。干物质含量为14.6~26.8 g/100 g,粗淀粉含量为9.07%~19.99%,蛋白质含量为1.60%~2.51%,维生素C含量为13.5~24.2 mg/100 g,还原糖含量为0.10%~0.49%。‘北方016’‘陇薯25号’与‘蒙乌薯4号’的产量依次为57 936、54 153和46 711 kg/hm2,分别较对照品种增产114.83%、100.80%和73.21%。‘北方016’‘陇薯25号’和‘蒙乌薯4号’品种在该地区表现出较好的综合性状,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Eleven potato germplasm materials were introduced, and their phenological period, agronomic traits, tuber traits, yield traits, and qualities were studied using 'Favorita' as a control in order to select new medium-maturing potato varieties suitable for planting in Dingxi City. A semi-film-covered single-ridge double-row planting method was adopted, with randomized block arrangement. The growth period of 'Beifang 013', 'Beifang 016', and 'Jintongshu 3' exceeded 100 days, while the growth period of the other varieties were less than 100 days. The Berry-setting ability of 'Qinshu 107', 'Qincaishu 1', 'Mengwushu 4', and 'Zhongshuzao 45' was weak, with a tuber number of 5.0-14.2 per plant, a tuber yield of 440-1 890 g per plant, and a tuber weight of 84.6-244.0 g. The dry matter content ranged from 14.6 to 26.8 g/100 g, with crude starch content at 9.07%-19.99%, protein content at 1.60%-2.51%, vitamin C content at 13.5-24.2 mg/100 g, and reducing sugar content at 0.10%-0.49%. The yields of 'Beifang 016', 'Longshu 25', and 'Mengwushu 4' were 57 936, 54 153, and 46 711 kg/ha, respectively, which were 114.83%, 100.80%, and 73.21% higher than those of the control variety, respectively. 'Beifang 016', 'Longshu 25', and 'Mengwushu 4' demonstrate superior comprehensive performances in this region and hold significant potential for promotion and application.
