乌兰察布市马铃薯与国内主产区品质差异分析及产业发展建议

Analysis of Quality Differences Between Ulanqab Potatoes and Those from Other Major Domestic Production Regions and Suggestions for Industrial Development

摘要

马铃薯是中国第四大主粮，在保障粮食安全和乡村振兴中具有重要战略意义。乌兰察布市作为“中国薯都”，马铃薯产业基础雄厚，但与国内其他优势主产区相比，在品质细分、产业链延伸等方面仍有提升空间。文中选取了甘肃省定西市、云南省昭通市、贵州省威宁县为对比样本，从外观、营养、安全三大维度系统对比品质差异，结合产业现状诊断核心问题。研究发现，乌兰察布市马铃薯具有高干物质、高蛋白质的营养特点，但存在品种结构单一、精深加工能力不足、科技成果转化滞后等问题。对此，乌兰察布市应立足自身品质优势，从优化品种结构打造差异化竞争力、延伸产业链提升附加值，实现从“产量优势”向“品质优势” “品牌优势”转变，巩固“中国薯都”地位，助力乡村振兴。

Abstract

Potato, as the fourth largest staple food in China, is of significant strategic importance in ensuring food security and promoting rural revitalization. As the "Potato Capital of China", Ulanqab City boasts a solid foundation for its potato industry. However, compared to other major advantageous production regions in China, there remains room for improvement in terms of quality segmentation and industrial chain extension. In this study, Dingxi City in Gansu Province, Zhaotong City in Yunnan Province, and Weining County in Guizhou Province were selected as comparative samples, and quality differences across three dimensions-appearance, nutrition, and safety were systematically compared. Additionally, core issues was identified based on the current status of the industry. Ulanqab City potatoes exhibit high dry matter and protein contents. However, the industry faces challenges such as a homogeneous variety structure, insufficient deep processing capabilities, and a lag in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Therefore, Ulanqab City should leverage its inherent quality advantages to optimize the variety structure and enhance differentiated competitiveness and extend the industrial chain to increase added value. The aim is to shift from a "yield advantage" to "quality and brand advantages", thereby consolidating its status as the "Potato Capital of China" and contribute to rural revitalization.
