Discussion on Digital Transformation Path of Potato Supply Chain in East China

摘要

华东马铃薯市场的迅猛发展，推动了产业信息的爆发式增长，对从业单位的数据管理能力提出了前所未有的高要求。文中探讨了华东马铃薯供应链的数字化转型路径。首先，解读了转型的价值，阐述其在提升种薯培育效率、强化成品薯品质控制、促进薯制品流通效率等方面的潜在作用。接着，深入剖析了转型的瓶颈，指出专业人才匮乏、参考资料质量不高、政策体系不完善等方面的现实问题。最后，基于前文的分析，从政府、高校、社会组织及领军企业四个角度提出了针对性的应对策略。

Abstract

The rapid development of the potato market in East China has spurred an explosive growth in industrial information, posing unprecedented high demands on the data management capabilities of industry practitioners. This paper analyzed the digital transformation path of the potato supply chain in East China. First, it interpreted the value of the transformation, explaining how it can assist in improving seed potato cultivation efficiency, enhancing quality control of finished potatoes, and facilitating product circulation efficiency. Subsequently, it examined the bottlenecks of the transformation, identifying practical issues including a shortage of professional talent, low-quality reference materials, and an imperfect policy system. Finally, based on these analysis, targeted countermeasures are proposed from four perspectives: government, universities, social organizations, and leading enterprises.
