中熟淀粉加工型马铃薯新品种‘川凉芋17’选育与应用前景
Breeding and Application Prospects of the Mid-maturing Starch-processing Potato Variety 'Chuanliangyu 17'
‘川凉芋 17’是以‘红云’为母本、凉山州地方特色品种‘布乌芋’为父本进行有性杂交获得实生籽,经实生苗培育、单株选择、株系鉴定、品比试验、四川省马铃薯新品种评价联合试验,同步开展抗性鉴定、品质检测及 DUS 测试等系统选育过程,培育的马铃薯新品种。选育出的‘川凉芋 17’为中熟品种,生育期 87 d;植株生长势强,株高56.8 cm,主茎数2.6个,块茎长卵圆形、红皮黄肉、芽眼浅,结薯集中,大中薯比例73.4%。品质优良,干物质24.51%、淀粉19.6%、还原糖0.17%,蒸食食味好;抗性突出,中抗马铃薯晚疫病,高抗花叶病毒病和卷叶病毒病,抗涝性强。2020—2021年四川省马铃薯新品种评价联合试验15点次平均折合产量1 411 kg/667m2,较对照‘米拉’增产11.75%,生产示范中早春、冬作、大春种植均表现高产稳产。‘川凉芋 17’综合性状优良,适宜在四川省海拔 800~3 300 m的地区早春、大春、冬季种植。
'Chuanliangyu 17' was developed through sexual hybridization using 'Hongyun' as the female parent and the local Liangshan Prefecture variety 'Buwu Yu' as the male parent, yielding seedling offspring. Following seedling generation, single-plant selection, line identification, comparative trials, joint evaluation trials of new potato varieties in Sichuan Province, along with resistance identification, quality testing, and DUS testing, the new potato variety was developed through a systematic breeding process. The developed 'Chuanliangyu 17' is a medium-maturing variety with a growth period of 87 days. It exhibits vigorous growth, reaching a plant height of 56.8 cm with 2.6 main stems. Tubers are elongated oval-shaped, featuring red skin and yellow flesh with shallow eyes. Tuber setting is concentrated, with large and medium tubers accounting for 73.4% of the yield. It exhibits excellent quality with 24.51% dry matter, 19.6% starch, and 0.17% reducing sugars, delivering good steamed taste. It demonstrates outstanding resistance: moderately resistant to potato late blight, highly resistant to mosaic virus and leafroll virus, and highly tolerant to waterlogging. In the 2020-2021 Sichuan provincial joint evaluation trials of new potato varieties across 15 locations, the average yield was 1 411 kg/667m2, representing a 11.75% increase over the control variety 'Mira'. During production demonstrations, it demonstrated high and stable yields in early spring, winter, and main spring cropping seasons. 'Chuanliangyu 17' exhibits excellent comprehensive traits and is suitable for cultivation in early spring, main spring, and winter cropping seasons across Sichuan Province at elevations ranging from 800 to 3 300 m.
