湖北木林子国家级自然保护区的林麝生境适宜性评估
Habitat suitability assessment of forest musk deer (Moschus berezovskii)in Mulinzi National Nature Reserve in Hubei Province
林麝(Moschus berezovskii)作为国家重点保护野生动物,探明其在自然保护区的潜在分布区域及生态适宜性对动物保护和自然保护区管理至关重要. 研究以湖北木林子国家自然保护区为例,基于2016—2023年红外相机采集的林麝出没影像资料,结合自然环境和人类活动的多源空间数据,采用MaxEnt模型探究了研究区林麝的潜在分布区域及影响其分布的主要因子. 研究结果表明距农业用地的距离是影响研究区林麝适宜区分布的最主要环境因子,其次是土壤类型;林麝的潜在总适生区面积为141.27 km2,占整个自然保护区面积的68.18%,空间上主要分布在自然保护区的东部、中西部和东北部,其中高适生区主要位于研究区东部和东北部;高适生区和中适生区都主要位于自然保护区的核心区内,保护区现有的功能分区能对林麝起到有效保护的作用. 研究结果明晰了湖北木林子自然保护区林麝的生境适宜区及影响其分布的关键影响因素,可为该区域林麝的保护和自然保护区优化管理提供科学依据.
The forest musk deer (Moschus berezovskii) is a key nationally protected wildlife species in China. Understanding its potential distribution areas and ecological suitability within nature reserves is of paramount importance. This study takes the Hubei Mulinzi National Nature Reserve as an example. Based on the image data of forest musk deer occurrences captured by infrared cameras from 2016 to 2023, combined with multi-source spatial data of natural environments and human activities, the MaxEnt model was used to explore the potential distribution areas of the forest musk deer in the study region and the main factors influencing its distribution. The research results indicate that the distance from agricultural land is the most significant environmental factor affecting the distribution of suitable areas for the forest musk deer in the study region, followed by soil type. The total potential suitable area for the forest musk deer is 141.27 km², accounting for 68.18% of the entire nature reserve area. Spatially, these areas are mainly distributed in the eastern, central-western, and northeastern parts of the nature reserve, with high suitability areas primarily located in the eastern and northeastern parts of the study region. Both high and medium suitability areas are predominantly located within the core zone of the nature reserve, indicating that the current functional zoning of the reserve effectively protects the forest musk deer. The findings of this study clarify the habitat suitability areas for the forest musk deer in the Hubei Mulinzi Nature Reserve and the key factors influencing its distribution, providing a scientific basis for the conservation of the forest musk deer and the optimized management of the nature reserve in this region.
