基于主成分分析的豫中植烟土壤肥力综合评价

基于主成分分析的豫中植烟土壤肥力综合评价
Assessment of soil fertility of tobacco-planting regions in central Henan based on principal component analysis
为探明豫中植烟土壤养分特征及肥力,在许昌市(襄城、建安、禹州)、平顶山市(宝丰、汝州、叶县)、漯河市(临颍、舞阳、城区)共采集了231份典型烟田耕层(0~20 cm)土壤样品进行检测,并采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法,对土壤养分特征及综合肥力状况展开分析.结果表明:豫中植烟土壤呈弱碱性,其中有机质、碱解氮和有效磷含量处于中等水平,速效钾含量较为充足,水溶性氯离子含量则偏高.主成分分析结果显示:植烟土壤肥力整体处于中等偏下水平,各城市土壤综合肥力指数(IFI)排序为:平顶山(0.24)>漯河(0.21)>许昌(-0.31).采用聚类分析可将上述植烟土壤分为四类:Ⅰ类土壤:pH值偏中性,碱解氮、有效磷含量较高,水溶性氯离子略偏高;Ⅱ类土壤:呈弱碱性,土壤养分及氯离子含量均处于较高水平;Ⅲ类土壤:pH值较高,碱解氮含量较低;Ⅳ类土壤:速效钾含量与水溶性氯离子含量均较低.
To investigate the nutrient characteristics and fertility of tobacco-planting soils in central Henan, a total of 231 typical surface soil samples (0-20 cm depth) were collected from tobacco fields in Xuchang City (Xiangcheng, Jian'an, Yuzhou), Pingdingshan City (Baofeng, Ruzhou, Yexian), and Luohe City (Linying, Wuyang, urban area) for testing. Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were employed to analyze the nutrient characteristics and comprehensive fertility of the soil samples. The results showed that the tobacco-planting soils in central Henan were weakly alkaline. Among the soil nutrients, the contents of organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, and available phosphorus were at a medium level, the content of available potassium was relatively sufficient, while the content of water-soluble chloride ions was relatively high. Principal component analysis results indicated that the overall fertility of the tobacco-planting soils was at a medium-to-low level. The ranking of the Comprehensive Fertility Index (IFI) of soils in each city was as follows: Pingdingshan (0.24)>Luohe (0.21)>Xuchang (-0.31).Cluster analysis classified the aforementioned tobacco-planting soils into four categories: Category Ⅰ: Soil pH was near neutral, with relatively high contents of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus, and slightly high content of water-soluble chloride ions; Category Ⅱ: Soil was weakly alkaline, with relatively high levels of both soil nutrients and chloride ions; Category Ⅲ: Soil had a relatively high pH value and a low content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen; Category Ⅳ: Soil had low contents of both available potassium and water-soluble chloride ions.
