海原县不同土壤墒情自动监测点人工比测及误差修正
Artificial Comparison and Error Correction of Different Soil Moisture Automatic Monitoring Points in Haiyuan County
为提高土壤墒情自动监测站点在宁夏海原县的适用性,采用人工比测法,将不同深度土壤墒情自动监测数据与人工测得数据进行对比,并构建深度学习线性回归模型,以提高土壤墒情自动监测精度。结果表明:当地0~20 cm自动墒情监测数据可信度较高,且曹洼乡脱烈村、关桥乡八斗村不同土层的监测数据更加准确,通过构建校正函数,对监测数据进行修正后,各监测站点不同土层的数据误差均有不同程度的变小,从而为当地土壤墒情自动监测数据校正提供技术支撑。
To enhance the applicability of soil moisture automatic monitoring stations in Haiyuan County, an artificial comparison method was employed to evaluate the automatic monitoring data of soil moisture at various depths against data of obtained through manual measurements. A deep learning linear regression model was then developed to improve the accuracy of soil moisture monitoring. The results showed that the reliability of the automatic monitoring data for the 0~20cm depth was high, with monitoring data from Tuolie Village in Caowa Township and Badou Village in Guanqiao Township showing greater accuracy across different soil layers. By constructing a correction function and applying it to the monitoring data, a reduction in data errors to varying extents was achieved. This study aims to provide technical support for the calibration of of local soil moisture automatic monitoring data.
