8 个水稻品种在宁夏中度盐碱地的多指标适应性综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation of Multi-Index Adaptability of Eight Rice Varieties in Moderate Saline-Alkali Land in Ningxia
为了筛选出宁夏中轻度盐碱地最适宜种植的水稻品种,采用田间试验和多元统计分析方法,对8个水稻品种开展适应性综合评价研究。测定8份供试水稻品种的光合、品质及产量等19个指标,进行基于主成分分析及隶属函数法的聚类分析,对19个指标进行灰色关联度分析,并对2种评价方法进行比较。结果表明:①Pn与SPAD值呈极显著正相关,Gs与Ci、Tr呈极显著正相关;垩白度与垩白粒率呈极显著正相关,食味值与SPAD值呈显著正相关;产量与穗质量、单穗总粒数、叶面积指数呈极显著正相关,与穗长、株高呈显著正相关。②通过主成分分析将盐碱胁迫下的19个指标转化成4个新的综合指标,累计贡献率达89.702%;通过隶属函数计算出8个水稻品种的适应性综合得分D值,宁粳51、宁粳56的D值较对照增加8.17%和3.17%;通过聚类分析得出第Ⅱ类水稻(排名前后依次为宁粳51、宁粳56、秋优88)的综合表现最好。③通过灰色关联度分析得出的等权关联度排名和加权关联度排名一致,品种关联度高低依次为宁粳56、宁粳51、秋优88。综合考虑,采用灰色关联度排名,宁粳56和宁粳51适宜在宁夏盐碱地种植。
This study aims to identify the most suitable rice varieties for cultivation in mild saline-alkali land in Ningxia. Field experiments and multivariate statistical analysis were employed to comprehensively evaluate the adaptability of eight rice varieties. By measuring 19 indicators, including photosynthetic performance, quality, and yield, for the eight rice varieties, a cluster analysis based on principal component analysis and the membership function method was conducted. Additionally, grey correlation analysis was performed on the 19 indicators, and the two evaluation methods were compared. The results showed that: ① Pn was significantly positively correlated with SPAD values, while Gs exhibited a significant positively correlation with Ci and Tr. Furthermore, a highly significant positive correlation was observed between chalkiness and chalkiness rate, as well as between taste value and SPAD value. Yield was positively correlated with ear weight, total number of grains per ear, and leaf area index, and it also showed a significant correlation with ear length and plant height. ② Through principal component analysis, the 19 indicators under saline-alkali stress were distilled into four new comprehensive indicators, with a cumulative contribution rate of 89.702%. The adaptability scores (D value) of the eight rice varieties, calculated using the membership function method, showed that Ningjing 51 and Ningjing 56 had D values that increased by 8.17% and 3.17%, respectively, compared to the control. Cluster analysis revealed that Class Ⅱ rice (Ningjing 51>Ningjing 56>Qiuyou 88) exhibited the best overall performance. ③ The rankings obtained from grey correlation analysis for equal-weight and weighted correlation were identical, with Ningjing 56, Ningjing 51, and Qiuyou 88 showing decreasing correlation strengths. Given these findings, it is concluded that Ningjing 56 and Ningjing 51 are the most suitable rice varieties for cultivation in saline-alkali land in Ningxia, providing a theoretical basis and technical support for biological improvement based on planting suitability.
