常见药用植物连作障碍原因及防治措施研究进展

常见药用植物连作障碍原因及防治措施研究进展
Research progress on the causes of and prevention and control measures for continuous-cropping obstacles in common medicinal plants
药用植物多为多年生植物,长期在同一块土地上连续种植同种或同科药用植物,会导致土壤营养物质偏耗、有毒物质积累、土壤微生态失衡、病害增加等严重的连作障碍。连作障碍使药材产量和质量大幅下降,是制约我国中医药产业健康发展的关键因素之一。针对这些问题,学者们提出了多种防治措施,包括选育优良抗病品种、建立合理耕作制度、开发使用生防菌剂、合理施用土壤改良剂、土壤消毒等。从药用植物连作障碍的原因和防治措施等方面进行综述,以期为解决常见药用植物连作障碍问题提供参考。
Many medicinal plants are perennial. Long-term monoculture of the same species or family on the same land can lead to serious continuous-cropping obstacles, including soil nutrient depletion, accumulation of phytotoxic substances, imbalance of the soil micro-ecological community, and increased incidence of soil-borne disease. These obstacles markedly reduce the yield and quality of medicinal materials and are among the key constrains on the healthy development of China’s traditional Chinese medicine industry. To address these issues, a range of prevention and control measures has been proposed, including breeding disease-resistant cultivars, implementing rational cropping and tillage systems, developing and applying biocontrol agents, judicious use of soil amendments, and soil disinfestation. This review summarizes the causes of continuous-cropping obstacles in medicinal plants and evaluates prevention and control strategies, with the aim of providing a reference for mitigating common continuous-cropping problems in medicinal plant cultivation.
