可降解微塑料对土壤性质及五彩椒生长发育的影响
Effects of biodegradable microplastics on soil properties and growth of bell peppers
将聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(polybutylene succinate,PBS)、聚烃基丁酸酯(polyhydroxybutyrate, PHB)、聚乳酸(polylactic acid, PLA)3种微塑料与土壤分别按质量分数为0.2%、1.0%、5.0%的添加量均匀混合进行盆栽试验,研究微塑料对辣椒生长情况以及土壤有效磷、过氧化氢酶的影响。结果表明:质量分数为5.0%的PHB与PBS处理对辣椒生长有显著的抑制作用,且随着质量分数增加对辣椒生长的抑制作用增强;0.2%的PBS和PHB以及PLA处理对过氧化氢酶含量的影响较小,而1.0%和5.0%的PBS和PHB处理均显著降低了土壤过氧化氢酶含量;PHB和PBS处理均抑制辣椒对有效磷的吸收,且随着微塑料质量分数增加抑制作用增强,其中PHB的影响大于PBS,而1%PLA则促进了辣椒对有效磷的吸收。可见,添加微塑料会影响辣椒的生长发育,并影响土壤健康。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of three types of microplastics—polybutylene succinate (PBS), polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB), and polylactic acid (PLA)—when mixed with soil at mass fractions of 0.2%, 1.0%, and 5.0%. The aim was to investigate the effects of microplastics on the growth of peppers as well as the soil’s effective phosphorus and catalase activity. The results showed that the 5.0% treatments of PHB and PBS significantly inhibited the growth of peppers, with the inhibition increasing with the mass fraction. The 0.2% treatments of PBS and PHB as well as PLA had little effect on catalase activity, while the 1.0% and 5.0% treatments of PBS and PHB significantly reduced the catalase activity in the soil. Both PHB and PBS treatments inhibited the peppers’ absorption of effective phosphorus, with the inhibition increasing as the microplastic mass fraction increased; the effect of PHB was greater than that of PBS, while the 1% PLA promoted the peppers’ absorption of effective phosphorus. It is evident that the addition of microplastics affects the growth and development of chili peppers and impacts soil health.
