滇东南石漠化治理与土地资源可持续利用评价
Evaluation of rocky desertification control and sustainable use of land resources in southeast Yunnan
为了揭示文山州不同片区生态安全威胁的差异化特征,并提出精准管控路径,以云南文山州第四次岩溶地区石漠化监测结果为基础,围绕石漠化土地面积变化量、石漠化土地动态度差异、演变原因、国土地类4个方面评价治理成效,并进行土地资源可持续利用综合评价。结果表明,文山市、砚山县、广南县等片区因人口承载压力生态安全受到威胁,区域生态环境质量存在退化与改善并存的现象;马关县、丘北县、富宁县等欠发达片区受贫困驱动,人为石漠化风险高企,需积极寻找差异化发展路径;西畴县等瓶颈区则受制于资源与技术双重约束,需补齐发展短板提升农业生产效率。针对旱季植被光谱特征相似导致的生态恢复误判问题,可以通过构建多源数据交叉验证机制来剔除伪影,精准识别真实恢复状况;针对林下经济无序扩张可能引发的生态系统“绿而不稳”的潜在风险,需对产业活动实施精准管控。
To identify the differentiated characteristics of ecological security threats in different regions of Wenshan Prefecture and propose precise control paths, based on the fourth rocky desertification monitoring results for the karst areas of Wenshan Prefecture, this study examined four aspects: changes in rocky desertified land area, differences in the dynamics of rocky desertification land, causes of evolution, and national land categories. The results show that areas such as Wenshan City, Yanshan County, and Guangnan County face ecological security threats due to population pressure, exhibiting simultaneous degradation and improvement in regional ecological environment quality. Underdeveloped areas such as Maguan County, Qiubei County, and Funing County are constrained by poverty, with high risks of anthropogenic rocky desertification, necessitating the active search for differentiated development paths. Bottleneck areas such as Xichou County are constrained by dual resource and technology limitations, requiring the filling of development gaps to enhance agricultural productivity. To address the potential misjudgment of ecological restoration caused by the similar spectral characteristics of vegetation in the dry season, this study proposes establishing a multi-source data cross-validation mechanism to eliminate artifacts and accurately identify the true restoration status. Regarding the potential risks of “green but unstable” ecosystems caused by the disorderly expansion of the forestry economy, precise control of industrial activities is required.
