不同营养液供应频次对葡萄育苗质量的影响

不同营养液供应频次对葡萄育苗质量的影响
Effects of different nutrient supply frequencies on the quality of grape seedlings
为了提高酿酒葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)育苗的成活率及育苗质量,以一年生裸根苗‘马瑟兰’为试验材料,设置4 个不同营养液供应频次处理:10 min·24-1·h-1(G1)、20 min·48-1·h-1(G2)、30 min·72-1·h-1(G3)和40 min·96-1·h-1(G4),分析不同营养液供应频次对苗木新梢长度等生长指标、光合速率等光合效益指标及根长、干物质积累量等质量指标的影响。结果表明:处理G3的葡萄苗木新梢直径、地径和新梢长的净生长量分别为3.93 mm、3.43 mm和63.67 cm,均高于其他处理;处理G3的光合速率和水分利用率也高于其他处理,分别为7.74 μmol·m-2·s-1和2.76 mmol·mol-1;同时处理G3的平均生根数为78.67,干质量根冠比为1.20。利用隶属函数法计算各处理的平均根长和新梢长等正向指标综合得分,得分从高到低依次为G3、G1、G2、G4。可见,30 min·72-1·h-1的营养液供应频次对葡萄苗木生长发育、光合作用具有显著的正向调控效果。
In order to improve the survival rate and quality of wine grape seedlings, one-year-old bare-root-seedlings of Marceline were used as research materials. Four different nutrient solution supply frequency treatments were set: 10 min·24-1·h-1 (G1), 20 min·48-1·h-1 (G2), 30 min·72-1·h-1 (G3), and 40 min·96-1·h-1 (G4). growth indicators such as shoot length, photosynthetic efficiency indicators such as photosynthetic rate, and quality indicators such as root length and dry matter accumulation of seedlings. The effects of different nutrient solution supply frequencies on growth indicators such as new shoot length, photosynthetic rate, and quality indicators such as root length and dry matter accumulation were analyzed. The results showed that the net growth amounts of shoot diameter, ground diameter, and shoot length of grape seedlings in treatment G3 were 3.93 mm, 3.43 mm, and 63.67 cm, respectively, all higher than those of other treatments. The photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of treatment G3 were also higher than those of other treatments, at 7.74 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 2.76 mmol·mol-1, respectively. Additionally, the average number of roots in treatment G3 was 78.67, and the root-to-shoot ratio was 1.20. Using the membership function method to calculate the comprehensive scores of positive indicators such as average root length and shoot length for each treatment, the scores from high to low were G3, G1, G2, and G4. It can be seen that the nutrient solution supply frequency of 30 min·72-1·h-1 has a significant positive regulatory effect on the growth and development of grape seedlings and photosynthesis.
