苜蓿根瘤象成虫防控药剂筛选及助剂增效作用
Screening of Control Agents and Synergistic Effects of Adjuvants Against Adult Alfalfa Root Weevil
为了筛选出对苜蓿害虫直条根瘤象(Sitona cylindricollis)和驴豆根瘤象(Sitona callosus)有高效防控作用的药剂及有增效作用的助剂,开展9种药剂的室内毒力测定试验。将筛选出的最高效的药剂分别与4种助剂复配,在室内开展增效作用测定和笼罩试验。室内毒力测定结果表明,9种杀虫剂对2种苜蓿根瘤象成虫都有一定的毒杀作用,其中联苯菊酯与印楝素对其毒杀效果最好。增效作用测定结果表明,4种助剂对0.3%印楝素EC均具有增效作用,其中激健和必加增效作用明显,增效倍数分别为1.47和1.42;4种助剂中除了激健,其他3 种助剂均对2.5%联苯菊酯EW有增效作用,其中怀农特和强力源增效作用明显,增效倍数分别为1.45和1.79。
In order to screen for effective control agents and effective adjuvants against the alfalfa root weevil (Sitona cylindricollis) and the bean root weevil (Sitona callosus), a study was conducted on the toxicity of nine different agents in the laboratory. The most effective agents were selected and combined with four different adjuvants to evaluate their synergistic effects through laboratory assays and coverage tests. The results of the toxicity tests showed that all nine insecticides exhibited a certain level of toxicity against both species of adult alfalfa root weevils, with Bifenthrin and Azadirachtin demonstrating the highest efficacy. The results of the synergistic effect measurement showed that all four adjuvants enhanced the effect of 0.3% Azadirachtin EC, with Kiken and Bega showing significant enhancement, with synergy ratios of 1.47 and 1.42, respectively. Among the four adjuvants, all except Kiken enhanced the efficacy of 2.5% Bifenthrin EW, with Huinongte and Powergen demonstrating notable synergistic effects, with synergy ratios of 1.45 and 1.79, respectively.
