Expert recommendations on standardized diagnosis and treatment of common vaginitis in primary care

摘要

为规范基层妇女保健人员常见阴道炎诊疗,北京妇产学会社区与基层分会组织有关专家,结合基层诊疗情况,参考国内外相关医学证据,制定常见阴道炎基层规范化诊疗专家建议.建议基层接诊外阴阴道不适的患者,首先要进行诊断性评估,寻找外阴阴道不适发生的原因,对于诊断明确者针对病因进行治疗;同时要及时发现疑似外阴、阴道、宫颈的恶性肿瘤、性传播疾病以及生殖器瘘等疾病的患者,及时转诊,减少误诊和漏诊的发生;对于诊断不明确者,可以结合基层医疗机构状况,及时转诊或者根据中医辨证给与中医药治疗.

Abstract

To standardize the diagnosis and treatment of common vaginitis among primary-level women's healthcare providers, the Community and Primary Care Branch of the Beijing Institute of Obstetrics & Gynecology organized relevant experts to develop expert recommendations for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of common vaginitis in primary care settings. These recommendations integrate practical conditions at the primary level and refer to relevant medical evidence from both domestic and international sources. It is advised that when patients present with vulvovaginal discomfort in primary care, a diagnostic evaluation should first be conducted to identify the underlying cause. For cases with a definitive diagnosis, targeted treatment should be provided based on the etiology. At the same time, patients suspected of vulvovaginal, vaginal and cervix malignant tumors, sexually transmitted diseases and genital fistula should be timely found, and timely referral should be made to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. For those with unclear diagnosis, referral to higher-level facilities should be considered based on the capacity of the primary institution, or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment may be provided according to TCM pattern differentiation.
