高校人乳头瘤病毒相关疾病的一级预防探讨

Primary prevention of human papilloma virus related diseases in colleges and universities

摘要

人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与包括宫颈癌在内的多种疾病密切相关,开展健康教育、促进 HPV 疫苗接种是最经济有效的预防措施。高校学生是 HPV 相关疾病一级预防的重要人群,但国内暂无针对性的接种策略或服务建议。本文分析了我国常态化开展高校 HPV 相关疾病一级预防的必要性,梳理了高校开展健康教育和预防接种的经验、国内外开展高校 HPV 疫苗接种的现状及干预性研究进展,提出应建立并保障高校 HPV 相关疾病一级预防的常态化工作,通过新生入学摸底有针对性提供接种服务,选择适宜的接种路径和方式以提高 HPV 疫苗接种服务的可及性和便捷性,结合 HPV 感染相关疾病特征开展针对性、科学性和实用性的健康教育,持续探索促进 HPV 疫苗接种行为的干预措施和政策等建议。

Abstract

Human papilloma virus (HPV) infection is closely related to a variety of diseases, including cervical cancer.Conducting health education and promoting HPV vaccination are the most economical and effective preventive measures.College students are an important group for primary prevention of HPV-related diseases,but there are currently no targeted vaccination strategies or service recommendations in China.This article analyzes the necessity of regularly conducting primary prevention of HPV-related diseases in colleges and universities in China,summarizes the experiences of health education and vaccination in colleges and universities,the current status of HPV vaccination in colleges and universities at home and abroad,and the progress of intervention studies,and proposes that a regular work system for primary prevention of HPV-related diseases in colleges and universities should be established and guaranteed.Targeted vaccination services should be provided through the initial screening of new students.Appropriate vaccination routes and methods should be selected to improve the accessibility and convenience of HPV vaccination services.Targeted,scientific and practical health education should be carried out based on the characteristics of HPV infection-related diseases.Continuous exploration of intervention measures and policies to promote HPV vaccination behavior should be carried out.
