摘要

多种降压药不耐受(MDI)通常是指对至少三种不同类型的降压药产生难以耐受的不良反应,但没有明确的免疫学机制参与。MDI 在临床中客观存在,但长期被忽视。患者治疗依从性下降,血压控制较为棘手。患者多辗转就诊,带来巨大的心理及社会负担。分析这部分特定人群的临床特征,梳理导致 MDI 的可能因素,制定个体化治疗策略,有助于改善血压控制、降低疾病负担。

Abstract

Multiple drug intolerance (MDI) usually refers to the intolerable adverse reactions of at least three different types of antihypertensive drugs, while there is no clear immunological mechanism involved. MDI exists objectively in clinical practice, but has been neglected for a long time. The patient's treatment compliance decreased, and blood pressure control was difficult. Patients often return multiple times for repeated consultations, bringing huge psychological and social burden. Analyzing the clinical characteristics of this specific population, sorting out the possible factors leading to MDI, and formulating individualized treatment strategies will help to improve blood pressure control and reduce disease burden.
