Expanding the early use of combination lipid-lowering therapy to a broader population

摘要

2025 年欧洲心脏病学会（ESC）大会上公布了 2025 年 ESC/欧洲动脉粥样硬化协会（EAS）血脂异常管理指南的重点更新，本次更新基于最新临床试验和荟萃分析结果，进行了推荐的修订或新增。虽然该指南针对欧洲，但亦可对中国动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（ASCVD）防治有所借鉴。

Abstract

2025 focused update of the 2019 European Society of Cardiology (ESC)/European Atherosclerosis Society (EAS) Guidelines for the Management of Dyslipidaemias have been released at ESC Congress 2025. The updated guidelines incorporate revisions and new recommendations based on the latest clinical trials and meta-analyses. While the guidelines are developed for the European context, the recommendations may also provide valuable insights for the prevention and management of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) in China.
