摘要

对比2024年中国高血压防治指南和2025年美国心脏协会（AHA）高血压管理指南，两项指南均提出了“规范血压测量”或“标准化血压测量”的要求。总结两个指南关于血压测量的异同点，有助于实现血压测量的标准化和规范化。

Abstract

Comparing the 2024 Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines with the 2025 American Heart Association (AHA) hypertension management guidelines, both guidelines propose the requirement of "standardized blood pressure measurement" or "normalized blood pressure measurement." Summarizing the similarities and differences between the two guidelines regarding blood pressure measurement can help achieve standardization of blood pressure measurement.
