摘要
窄腔室薄型中空玻璃为典型的双腔结构,其承载变形性能的影响因素较为复杂,且中片薄玻璃的变形及强度也存在明显厚度效应。采用有限元软件ABAQUS顺序耦合热应力分析方法,对窄腔室薄型中空玻璃进行建模,分析温差荷载下玻璃厚度、填充气体种类以及低辐射Low-E膜对窄腔室薄型中空玻璃位移、主应力及温度荷载影响规律。结果表明:温差荷载下,窄腔室薄型中空玻璃整体向内收缩,最大位移位于板心,外片板心最大主应力小于内片,中片几乎不承担温度荷载;中片玻璃减薄,外、内片最大位移、板心最大主应力以及温度荷载增大,中片最大位移增大、温度荷载减小;同时减薄外、内片玻璃,其最大位移均增大,外、内片板心最大主应力与温度荷载减小,中片板心最大主应力与温度荷载增大;填充气体的改变以及Low-E膜的增加,使得外片最大位移、主应力、温度荷载以及内片玻璃温度荷载逐渐减小,中片最大位移、主应力以及温度荷载则相对增大。
Abstract
Thin-chamber insulating glazing (TC-IG) possesses a typical double cavity structure. The load-bearing deformation performance of TC-IG can be affected by many factors. Moreover, the deformation and strength of the intermediate glass layer also exhibits the significant thickness effects. This paper employs the ABAQUS sequential coupled thermal-stress analysis method, a solid finite element model of TC-IG was established to investigate the influence of glass thickness, type of filling gas, and Low-E coatings on the displacement, maximum principal stress, and thermal load of the units under temperature difference loading. The study reveals that under temperature difference loads, TC-IG exhibit overall inward contraction, with maximum displacement occurring at the glass center. The maximum principal stress at the outer glass center proves smaller than that of the inner glass, while the middle glass bears minimal thermal load. Thickness reduction in the middle glass layer increases the maximum displacement, principal stress at glass center, and thermal load of both outer and inner glass, though the middle glass itself shows increased displacement with reduced thermal load. Simultaneous thinning of outer and inner glass elevates maximum displacement across all glasses, while decreasing principal stresses and thermal loads in outer and inner glass but increasing these parameters in the middle glass. Gas filling modification and Low-E coating implementation gradually reduce maximum displacement, principal stress, and thermal load in outer glass along with inner glass thermal loads, whereas corresponding parameters in middle glass demonstrate relative increases.
